Beeswax Wraps

In Term 2 Ruru and Hoiho collected their waste for 24 hours and sorted it into groups. They discovered that most of the rubbish was glad wrap or other lunch box packaging. They researched ways that they could reduce the amount of waste in their lunch boxes. This week Nicky from Enviro-schools came in to help the children make beeswax wraps. These can be used as a glad wrap alternative and used over and over again.
